Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I use London Classical Concerts?

Because the site is for the discerning classical music lover looking for the best concerts in London who appreciates its ease of use and are willing to pay for excellence.

How do I add my concert to the listing?

With great ease, just email the details to  info@londonclassicalconcerts.co.uk, and we get back to you with a fee for adding the concert.

What do the availability colours indicate?

The colours indicate availability for the price shown as follows:

Please note that:

Are all ticket prices shown?

Ticket prices are standard published prices (excluding those annoying extras such as booking fees and credit card charges).

However, some venues may have concessionary, group discount, series discount or other forms of discounted ticket prices. Please check with the venue for more information.

Also, if the venue has more than eight price categories for a concert or if there are relatively few seats available at a certain price, only a selection of prices will appear here.

Unless you give us some more details, we don’t know. However, do try to use the ‘Reset Criteria’ button and the problem may disappear. Furthermore, the most annoying feature of the website search is selecting ‘Piano’ and not seeing any concerts with categories such as ‘Piano Concerto’ and ‘Piano Recital’. The reason for this is that your browser has a great built-in ’Find’ option. For example: type: ‘Control+F’ followed by ‘piano’ and the browser will locate this information for you. Nevertheless, please do inform us if there seems to be a genuine problem with the search facility of the website.

Why can’t I find categories such as flute, bassoon or oboe?

There are not enough concerts that specifically mention these instruments in order for them to have a category of their own.

Do use the built-in ‘Find’ (Control+F) function to find individual instruments.

Brass includes:Horn, Trombone, Trumpet and Tuba.

Strings (other) includes: Double Bass, Guitar, Harp, Viola and Viola da Gamba

Woodwinds includes: Bagpipes, Bassoon, Clarinet, Contrabassoon, Cor anglais, Flute, Oboe, Piccolo, Recorder and Saxophone
